Welcome to the
Eagles Mere Association

The Eagles Mere Association (EMA) owns Eagles Mere Lake and Pond, and a 100 ft. wide reserve surrounding these waters.  The EMA is private and its properties and facilities are not open to the general public.

Renters, or guests in a Members cottage when the Member is not in residence, or guests of member Inns, Lodges, B&Bs, must become Temporary Members of EMA to have access to EMA property and facilities (If you are staying in an Inn, Your application and fees will be handled through the Inn). 

On the back of the application, list the names of all adults staying in the cottage during the rental period.  A single membership covers the Applicants and guests who are staying in the cottage with them.

Special Rates - Rentals for a full calendar month will be charged for only a four week rental.   Call about reduced rates for full season rentals.

 

 

Temporary Membership Fees – are based on the sleeping capacity of the cottage and the length of the rental period.  Use the chart and information below to determine your membership fee.   There are discounts for early registration.

There is a one (1) week minimum for Temporary Membership.  If you elect not to join initially, and then apply later, you will be required to pay the full amount for the rental period, at the late fee rate.   Extra rental days over a weekly period are charged on a pro-rated basis.  For example; A cottage with sleeping capacity of 1 to 10 renting for 16 days.  Fee would be $200 (for 2 full weeks), plus $28.50 (2 extra days pro-rated at $14.25 per day) for a total $228.50 for rental period.
